Alleging cruel and inhuman treatment, Mrs. Cannie O'Brien is suing her husband, Dr. Bert O'Brien, for divorce. She also claims that he has been cross and irritable. She asks for a divorce, the custody of her two children and support for them. Dr. O'Brien is well-known over the county and has been prominent in politics, now holding the office of county coroner.
