Divorce Notice for Dr. Harry S. Osborne and Grace W. Osborne

from The Republican (Danville, Indiana)—issue of Thursday, November 26, 1911—page 1, column 4:

RECORD DIVORCES

Mrs. Grace W. Osborne was granted a divorce from Dr. Harry S. Osborne about as rapidly as the steps could be taken, Friday. C.V. Sears appeared for the plaintiff and Attorney Waston, of Pittsboro, for the defendant who was not present. The complaint alleged that they were married Nov. 12, 1898 and separated Sept. 29, 1911, that the defendant had been guilty of infidelity and had admitted this to the plaintiff. The plaintiff was given the custody of their daughter and $2,000 alimony.

MARRIED

Dr. Harry S. Osborne, of Pittsboro, who was divorced in the circuit court, Friday, is said to have married a Miss Morgan in Chicago, Sunday. Miss Morgan's home is in Benton county and she is a granddaughter of George W. Blessing, living near Pittsboro. While visiting her grandfather in August, she was dangerously ill. Dr. Osborne was her physician.
