Divorce Notice for Glendwyn Peffley and Lydia C.A.M. Peffley

from The Republican (Danville, Indiana)—issue of Thursday, November 7, 1912—page 8, column 3:

[Suits Filed]

Glendwyn Peffley vs. Lydia C.A.M. Peffley. Divorce. Plaintiff alleges infidelity, that once defendant remained all night in her home with another man and thereby attracted the attention of a number of citizens of North Salem where the incident occurred and on the following day admitted the allegation and that she loved this man more than she did her husband and that she did not love her husband; that in a few days she sold a large amount of plaintiff's household goods and sent the remainder to Zionsville where she went to make her home with her mother. Wherefore plaintiff wants a divorce.
