WIFE GONE—DIVORCE WANTED
Alva C. Phillips asks for a divorce from Jessie Phillips alleging cruel and inhuman treatment in that she told him she cared nothing for him and that she was done with him and on Nov. 11 took her things and left his home in Brownsburg; that at times she refused to do the usual and necessary work about the house and would go away and be gone for days without any reason; that she called plaintiff vile names; that she associated with other men; that she bemeaned plaintiff in her talk; that she spent much time in Indianapolis and neglected her home and home duties. Parties were married July 8, 1908.
