SAYS WIFE LEFT HOME AND HE WANTS DIVORCE
Alva C. Phillips asks for a divorce from Jessie Phillips, alleging cruel and inhuman treatment in that she said she did not care for him, left their home and refuses to return to it, that at the time she left, she induced him to give her money with which to buy articles and she had no intention of returning but tricked him into giving her the money, [that] she would [prior] to this time leave home and be gone for weeks. Plaintiff alleges she called him vile names and bemeaned him and that she associated with other men. Parties live at Brownsburg. They were married July 8, 1908 and separated March 21, 1924.
