Ethel Phillips vs. Olney W. Phillips. Divorce. Plaintiff alleges that defendant has knocked her down several times; that on April 22 he knocked her down and choked her; that he was cross and ill-natured and abusive almost all of the time; that they have one child, aged 19 months; that the child was taken from plaintiff by defendant, who refuses to let plaintiff have child; that defendant cannot properly care for child; that the defendant has $1,660 in bank and a large amount of property. Wherefore, plaintiff wants a divorce, the custody of the child, $2,500 alimony and support for child. Plaintiff asks for a restraining order to prevent defendant from disposing of his property.
