Eller E. Pryor has filed suit for divorce and he alleges that his bride [Mary F. Pryor] whom he married in Virginia in July is guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment and that she has abandoned him and returned to her home in Virginia. They were married July 10, 1920 and separated Sept. 7, 1920.
