Wants Marriage Annulled
Elmer Richardson by his next friend has filed suit against his wife, Sarah Richardson, asking that their marriage be set aside. The complaint alleges that the husband is but seventeen years of age and was married July 1st, 1899. He was induced to marry under misrepresentations and threats of prosecution for bastardy. The plaintiff was young and inexperienced and consented to the marriage. They live in Eel River township.
