Divorce Notice for Milton Richardson and Maude Richardson

WIFE WANTS DIVORCE

Maude Richardson asks for a divorce from Milton Richardson alleging cruel and inhuman treatment in that he has always argued and quarreled with plaintiff, has never been agreeable with her in their married life, has told her he did not care for her, has taken their children away from home and remained all night for the purpose of alarming and disturbing her, that he has an ungovernable temper, has cursed the children and her. She alleges failure to provide. Six children were born to them, four now living. Plaintiff asks $1,000 alimony, $10 per week for the children and also the care and custody of the children. Parties live in Middle township. They were married Dec. 24, 1911 and separated March 16, 1924. Plaintiff asks for an order to prevent defendant from disposing of his property.
