Vesta Riggen wants a divorce from Cleo E. Riggen, the custody of their three unmarried children (one being married), $5,000 alimony and $20 per week for the children until the youngest is 21 years old. They were married Sept. 8, 1901, and separated Sept. 23, 1921. Plaintiff alleges failure to provide, cruelty and infidelity.
