Ethel Robbins asks for a divorce from John O. Robbins, alleging failure to provide in one paragraph of the complaint and cruel treatment in another paragraph. The alleged cruel treatment was when he took hold of her and shoved her against the furniture; also he has struck her and acted in a rude and angry manner and cursed her. Plaintiff wants $1,000 alimony and her maiden name, Ethel High, restored. Parties were married in October 1914, and separated July 21, 1924.
