Alleges Deception
Josie Ethel Robbins, of Danville, has filed suit for divorce from Ora Francis Robbins and makes some unusual allegations. Her complaint recites that they are first cousins, their fathers being brothers. They were married by 'Squire Leak, of Union township, August 1, 1902, their license having been secured in Marion county July 30. The license was issued in the names of Ora Robbins and Josie Roberts, the deception being practiced upon the clerk so there might be no questions as to relationship. One child has been born to them. Plaintiff alleges failure to provide and cruelty and asks the custody of the child.
