Nora Robbins has sued Oscar Robbins to annul their marriage which took place Dec. 30, 1910. They separated Sept. 1, 1911. She alleges that at the time of their marriage she had $600 which the defendant has converted to his own use; that at the time of the marriage she was of unsound mind and incapable of contracting for the marriage relation.
