RUST VS. RUST
Eva Rust asks for a divorce from Keed Rust and the possession of their child. They were married April 28, 1907 and separated Dec. 1, 1913 when she alleges he ordered her to leave the home, cursing her and threatening to blow her brains out if she took the baby. Plaintiff alleges that he drove her away and she did not take the baby which is 16 months old; that defendant lives with his mother who is old and not able to care for the child which because of physical weakness needs a mother's attention. She wants possession of the child pending this action.
