HUSBAND WANTS DIVORCE
Maurice Scherer in his suit for divorce from LaRuth Scherer alleges cruel and inhuman treatment in that he has to leave home early and she refuses to get breakfast and that when he would return she would be in bed at eight o'clock; that she falsely accuses him of infidelity; that he had to secure the services of his sisters to keep house for him and care for the children; that his wife finally caused him to break up his home; that she entered his former home and removed property and destroyed their marriage license when he was away. Plaintiff asks the custody of their three children. Parties were married February 29, 1916 and separated in June 1922.
