SHEETS VS. SHEETS
Married April 26, 1881; separated Oct. 12, 1916 marks the married record of Charles H. and Talitha Talbot Sheets. She wants a divorce, alleging cruel and inhuman treatment in that when she was sick he gave her no attention and she suffered for the lack of care and that he also uses intoxicating liquors to excess and she says she is in fear of bodily harm. She also alleges that he has sought the society of other women and leaves his home by day and by night to be with other women and that by reason of his devotion and attention to other women, plaintiff is denied the comforts and necessities of life. She also says that she has had to earn her clothing and much of the necessities of life. Wherefore she wants a divorce and her maiden name, Talitha S. Talbot.
