Oscar F. Smith, of Brownsburg, asks for a divorce from Bertha F. Smith, alleging that she has been too friendly with one John Crow, of Brownsburg. He alleges that his wife and Crow met in Indianapolis and that Crow once came to plaintiff's home in his absence. They were married in 1911 and separated Dec. 29, 1916.
