[…] Bertha May Smith is defendant in a divorce suit brought by William S. Smith. He alleges cruel and inhuman treatment in that she failed to prepare his meals, that she has a violent temper and nagged plaintiff because of his financial condition, that she was subject to mad spells, that she was extravagant, accused him unjustly of infidelity, that she threatened to kill him. They were married at Jeffersonville, April 3, 1916, and separated July 30, 1922. They live in Eel River township.
