Bernice G. Taylor vs. Rodney E. Taylor. Divorce. Plaintiff alleges cruel treatment in that defendant was morose and sullen, that he frequently struck, choked and kicked her; that he frequently knocked her down with his fist, that on one occasion he told her “that he never had murder in his heart before but if he had a gun he would shoot her.” Plaintiff alleges she has no funds, that defendant is able to earn $100 to $125 per month, that a reasonable attorney fee is $50 and she wants $1,000 alimony and that her name be changed to Bernice G. Bolen. They were married March 17, 1919 and separated Sept. 25, 1920.
