Towles vs. Towles
In her divorce complaint Mrs. Alice Towles sets out that she and Harry Towles were married March 3rd, 1896, and lived together until in June, 1898. One child was born to them. She alleges cruel and inhuman treatment in that the defendant failed to provide necessary food for herself and child, left them frequently until two and three o'clock in the morning when they were sick and needed attention, and abused her by calling her harsh names.
