Nancy A. Underwood has filed suit against George Underwood for divorce. She alleges they were married in 1871 and separated Dec. 27, 1908, that the defendant has been guilty of cruelty in word and deed, that he is an habitual drunkard, that their children are all of age. Plaintiff wants the court to give her the household effects.
