VEATCH VS. VEATCH

Jesse E. Veatch has brought suit for divorce, by her attorneys, Enloe & Goff, against her husband, Squire M.B. Veatch. The couple live on North Meridian street in Pittsboro. They were married in October, 1898 and separated Aug. 4, 1914. They have four children, all living at home. The plaintiff alleges non-support and cruelty, wherefore, she asks for a divorce, the custody of her children, an order requiring the defendant to provide suitably for education and maintenance of the said children, and for the support of the plaintiff. She further asks temporary alimony and the cost of this action. She also wants an injunction restraining said defendant from coming about the premises where said plaintiff now lives or from, in any way, molesting or interfering with her during the pendency of this action.
