Robert F. Waggoner recently charged in an action for divorce that Leona F. Waggoner informed him by mail, while he was overseas, she was through with him and wanted a divorce. He also states she informed him she had stepped out on him. The couple was married April 7, 1945, and separated March 8, 1946. There are no children. The couple resided in Brownsburg.
