WALLACE VS. WALLACE
Albert Wallace asks for a divorce from Stella Wallace. They were married Nov. 28, 1910 and they lived together until the summer of 1911 when, it is alleged, the defendant was sentenced to the woman's prison for contributing to the delinquency of a girl. Plaintiff alleges that in January, 1912, defendant induced him to live with her and he did so until August, 1912, when they separated until November, 1913, when defendant induced him to live with her and he did so until June 8, 1914, when they separated. Plaintiff alleges that defendant would remain away from home all night without his consent; that she became intoxicated; that she associated with other men.
