HUSBAND ALLEGES CRUELTY
William J. Walton, of Danville, wants a divorce from Edna Walton, alleging cruel and inhuman treatment in that she has cursed and abused him, called him vile names, told him she did not love him, that there were other men who looked better to her, that for three years she has told plaintiff she was tired of living with him and that, so far as she was concerned, they might as well separate. Two children have been born to them. They were married Dec. 24, 1908, and separated in October, 1921.
