Cora Ward vs. Alden E. Ward. Divorce. They were married Feb. 28, 1914 and separated Feb. 10, 1915. Plaintiff alleges cruelty in that he was sullen and morose, going for days without speaking to plaintiff; that he would sit up all night; that he threatened to commit suicide, and on more than one occasion took a revolver and said he was going to the barn to kill himself; that he refused to get a place for them to reside, saying if he did so, he would lose the place his mother had promised him at her death; that he chose to live either with his mother or plaintiff's father which conduct made her life unbearable; that he falsely accuse[d] her of receiving letters from other men and answering them. Plaintiff wants a divorce and the custody of their child.
