Divorce Notice for Floyd T. Watson and Lulu Belle Watson

WIFE SEEKS DIVORCE

After a married life of less than a year, Lulu B. Watson asks for a divorce from Floyd T. Watson alleging cruel and inhuman treatment in that he frequently associated with other women, cursed plaintiff and called her vile names, refused to provide and finally deserted plaintiff and that he has just been arrested on a charge of child desertion. Plaintiff asks for the custody of their infant son, $500 alimony and support for the child. Parties were married November 10, 1921 and separated June 18, 1922.

ONE WIFE AND ONE HUSBAND PLAINTIFF IN DIVORCE SUITS

Lulu Belle Watson in her suit for divorce from Floyd T. Watson alleges that he was guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment in that he cursed her, used vile language and threatened to beat and strike plaintiff and to kill her and their baby, that he kept a pistol under his pillow and plaintiff became afraid of him and left their home. She alleges that he refused to work, that he refused to furnish provisions, that he refused to pay the rent, that he has a criminal record and failed to inform her of it prior to their marriage. Plaintiff alleges she has worked to provide a living and that he has used her earnings to buy himself tobacco. Parties live at Brownsburg. They married Nov. 10, 1921 and separated Jan. 31, 1924. Plaintiff wants the custody of their child, some thirteen months old.
