Plaintiff alleges cruel treatment in that defendant abandoned plaintiff without cause four different times, that she frequently cursed plaintiff, that she would refuse to go out with him. They were married November 25, 1913 and separated in October, 1917. Plaintiff wants a divorce and the custody of their child.
