Divorce Notice for Clifford Woodard and Ruth (Runion) Woodard

ALLEGES CRUELTY

Ruth Woodard asks for a divorce from Clifford Woodard alleging that he has during their married life been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment, that he has a violent and ungovernable temper, that he frequently became angry at plaintiff without cause, called her vile and indecent names, that he often struck her and slapped her, that he frequently left home for days without telling where he was going or when he would return, that at such times plaintiff was left alone and without means. Plaintiff wants her maiden name, Ruth Runion, restored. They were married Nov. 24, 1918 and separated Oct. 24, 1920.
