Son of Terry and Carrie O'Donnell; born May 7, 1896, Danville, Ind. Employe[e] Central Union Telephone Company. Enlisted in Reserve Corps July 14, 1917, Ft. Benjamin Harrison. Sent to Camp Gordon, Ga.; assigned to Company B, 307th Field Signal Battalion. Embarked May 19, 1918. Fought at St. Mihiel, and in the Meuse-Argonne Offensive. Died of disease October 26, 1918, near Bazoilles, France. Buried in American Cemetery, No. 6, Bazoilles, Vosges, France.
