Final rites for Orin G. Barlow, age 72, R. R. 1, Brownsburg, were Saturday afternoon from the Weaver Memorial Home in Brownsburg. The Rev. Clyde Lininger of Greencastle, officiated. Burial was in the Jamestown I.O.O.F. Cemetery. He died Thursday morning in the Danville Nursing Home. Masonic services were conducted at the funeral home, Friday evening.
A lifetime resident of Hendricks County, he was the son of Mortan and Georgia Garner Barlow. He was a retired farmer and the former owner of Barlow Flowing Well Park of near Brownsburg.
He was assessor of Lincoln Township for eight years and a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 241 of Brownsburg.
Survivors include the widow, Pauline Barlow and one daughter, Diane DeWesse, Brownsburg and two grandchildren.
