Funeral services were held for Mrs. Lee Dillon at her home here, Thursday morning, following her unexpected death, Monday night. She and Mr. Dillon recently celebrated their golden wedding anniversary. Mrs. Dillon was unexcelled as a housekeeper and found her chief delight in keeping the new home recently built in order. She was a women, rare these days, who had no other desire than to stay in her home, doing many things for her family's comfort and enjoyment. She was 72 years old and always lived in this community. Survivors are her husband, and five children, Claude Dillon, Pittsboro; Onie Dillon, at home; Mrs. Millie Smiley, Brownsburg; Mrs. Mary Caldwell, Crawfordsville, and Mrs. Luna Hollingsworth, Indianapolis. Twelve grandchildren also survive.
