Ralph Charles Galbreath III, 19 died Jan. 1, 1997 at his Mooresville home.
The son of Ralph Charles Galbreath Jr. of Martinsville and Anna Ruth Phillips of Mooresville, he was born June 24, 1977, at Martinsville. He had attended Mooresville High School.
Surviving besides his father and mother are a daughter, Jade Desire Cline of Mooresville; a brother, Chad E. Phillips of Mooresville; a sister, Lisa A. Galbreath of Mooresville; grandparents Rachel M. Sawyer Phillips of Mooresville and Wilma Galbreath of Paragon.
Funeral rites were Saturday morning at Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel. Burial was at Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral chapel.
