Floyd B. Hufford, 79, Brownsburg, former employee of the Brownsburg Guide, died Wednesday, December 24 in Hendricks County Hospital, Danville.
A native of Brownsburg, he was born July 16, 1908 to John and Lilly Nash Hufford. He married Margaret Turpin September 15, 1934 and she survives.
Services were Sunday, December 27 in Brownsburg Christian Church, with Rev. Steve Reeves officiating. Burial was in Brownsburg Cemetery, Inc. Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, was in charge of arrangements and calling.
Surviving with his wife are four sons; Jack Schenck, Indianapolis, Bill Hufford, Danville, Tom Hufford, Fort Wayne, and Don Hufford, Pittsboro; 14 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one sister, Esther Bair, Tucson, AZ.
