Dr. Carlyle A. Masten, 83-year-old former Coatesville veterinarian, died, Monday, at the home of his daughter, Lucille Franklin, 254 North Holmes, Indianapolis. A graduate of the old Indiana College of Veterinary Science, he practiced for over 50 years in the Coatesville community where he was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Funeral services were yesterday afternoon from the Royster & Askin Mortuary, Indianapolis.
Surviving with the daughter, are the widow, Mrs. Carrie Masten; two sons, John L. and Carl E. Masten; a brother, Loren E. Masten, Plainfield; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
