Lucile Oliver, age 85, Carmel Valley, Calif., formerly of Brownsburg, died January 17 at the Hospice House, P. O. Box 1798, Monterey, Calif. to which memorial contributions may be made. Graveside services were March 1 in the Brownsburg Cemetery, Pastor James Bohrer officiating. David A. Hall Mortuary, Pittsboro, handled the arrangements.
Born Oct. 30, 1914 in Brownsburg, she was the daughter of James and Nora (Phillips) Westerfield. Mrs. Oliver was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Robert T. (Terry) Oliver of Southern Shores, N. C.; a daughter, JoAnne Oliver Minnick of Boise, Idaho; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
