PHILLIPS, March 29, 2003
Chad Phillips of Indianapolis died March 29, at Harborside Healthcare in Indianapolis. He was 31.
Born Jan 14, 1972, in Martinsville, he was a son of Anna R. (Phillips) Twomey of Camby.
Mr. Phillips was a volunteer for the Mooresville Fire Department.Additional survivors include a sister, Lisa Galbreath of Camby; and a niece Taylor Medenwald of Camby.
Preceding him in death was a brother, Ralph Galbreath.
Services were April 1 at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville with Ruth Hadley and Ken Arnold officiating. Interment was at Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield. Memorials may be made to the Chad Phillips Family Fund in care of Jones Family Mortuary or the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana.
