JEREMY RAY PHILLIPS
Infant Jeremy Ray Phillips, age 19 months, Brownsburg, died August 12 in Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. Graveside services were August 14 at the Brownsburg Cemetery, Inc., with Rev. Joe Wilson officiating. Jones & Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his parents, Lawrence and Sherry Phillips; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Phillips, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Allen, all of Brownsburg; great-grandparents, Mrs. Marie Douglas of Brazil, Catherine Jones of Indianapolis, and Mr. and Mrs. George Wellman, also of Indianapolis.
