Funeral services for Harley R. Smoot, age 73, Indianapolis, were conducted Sunday at the Conkle Funeral Home, there. Mr. Smoot who died Thursday had been a resident of Hendricks County a number of years and was the uncle of Hugh Smoot, Danville.
Survivors include the widow, four daughters and three sons. A twin brother, Charley, lives at Hazelwood.
