Mrs. Jessie F. Smoot, 82, 2011 Wilcox Street, died yesterday at home. She was born at Brownsburg and had lived in Indianapolis most of her life. Mrs. Smoot was a member of West Michigan Street United Methodist Church. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wedensday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home, with burial in Bethesda Cemetery at Brownsburg. Survivors include two sons, Arthur Smoot of Indianapolis and Raymond Smoot of Simi Valley, Calif., and four daughters, Mrs Bernice Meiring, Mrs. Bonnie Kays, and Mrs. Junita Sheridan, all of Indianapolis, and Mrs. June Harvey of Simi Valley.
