Hendricks County, Indiana Death Records

The Hendricks County Health Department's Vital Records Division has Hendricks County death records from 1882 to present. They are located on the ground floor of the Hendricks County Government Center and can be reached by phone at (317) 745-9217.

The Indiana State Department of Health's Office of Vital Records has copies of each county's death records from 1900 to present. In some cases, the ISDH' death record may contain more information than what is on the record from the county health department.
